How do I cancel my CBS All Access subscription that I started through

To cancel your CBS All Access subscription that you started through, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to and sign in to your SHOWTIME account
  2. Go to Settings > Your Account and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link
  3. Select ‘Cancel only CBS All Access’ and click ‘Update Subscription’

 You will continue to have access to CBS All Access through the end of your current billing period. You will then be charged for your new monthly total starting on your next billing date.
