I received a suspicious communication claiming to be from SHOWTIME. What do I do?

If you haven’t recently reached out to SHOWTIME Customer Care, and you’ve received an unexpected email, phone call or text from someone claiming to be from SHOWTIME, you can contact us using the ‘Need Help?’ icon below and we’d be happy to look into this for you.

SHOWTIME representatives will never request access into your device, and will also never ask you to  share confidential information, such as your SHOWTIME password, your full credit or debit card number, or other financially sensitive information.

If someone has gained access to your device, or to your personal information as a result of a phishing scam, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement agency. If you feel that your SHOWTIME account has been compromised, we suggest that you reset your SHOWTIME password immediately.
