I was presented with the option to transfer my SHOWTIME account information to Paramount+. What will happen if I agree?

If you agree to the transfer of your account information and receive a message that the transfer was successful, the following will occur:

-Your existing SHOWTIME subscription will be canceled immediately, and your new monthly Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription through Paramount+ will begin.

-Your billing information as of 8/27/23, account activity data and select account settings (including email marketing preferences), Resume Watching*, and My List* will be transferred to your new subscription through Paramount+. Parental Control settings will not be transferred to your new subscription through Paramount+. Once you have migrated, you can update your payment method and manage your account settings at Paramount+.

-You will immediately be charged for the first month of your new Paramount+ with Showtime subscription using the payment method associated with your SHOWTIME account as of 8/27/23. (Your Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel through your Paramount+ account settings.)

-A prorated refund will be issued to the payment method associated with your SHOWTIME account for the time left on your SHOWTIME subscription at the time of the transfer. If, for any reason, we are unable to issue a refund to the payment method associated with your SHOWTIME account (including, without limitation, the refund is rejected by the card processor and/or bank or the transaction we are attempting to refund occurred too long ago), we will apply your prorated refund as a credit on your new Paramount+ account toward subscription charges incurred after [the charge for your first month of the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan] the initial charge upon transfer.

-You will log in to Paramount+ using your SHOWTIME email and password. If you already have an existing Paramount+ account, you will be instructed to use those login credentials instead. Having issues logging in?
