If SHOWTIME bills you for your SHOWTIME streaming service subscription, you may be eligible to have your account information transferred to Paramount+. Beginning August 28, 2023, if your account is eligible, you will be presented with the transfer option when you are signed into your account on the SHOWTIME website or supported apps*.
If you are not presented with the transfer option, your account is ineligible. Reasons for ineligibility include --but are not limited to -- the following:
-You are an existing Paramount+ subscriber registered with the same email address as you use for your SHOWTIME account. For more information, click here.
-You have unused credit on your account.
-Your promotional rate is non-transferable.
-Your SHOWTIME account is past due.
-You pay for your SHOWTIME subscription through app store billing.
-You were using a PayPal eCheck as your payment method (note: most PayPal users do not use this billing method and are eligible for transfer).
-You are based in a region where Paramount+ is not available.
*Supported apps for subscription transfer are iOS, Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung TV, and LG TV. If you are not presented with the transfer option in one of the apps, try signing into your account on the SHOWTIME website to confirm.
