My SHOWTIME account information was transferred to Paramount+, but I am unable to log in.

When your account information was transferred, you should have received a “success” message noting which login credentials to use on Paramount+. Most users will use their SHOWTIME username and password to log in to Paramount+, but if you are having issues, please try the following:

  1. If you have a Paramount+ account with the same email address you used for your SHOWTIME account, try logging in with your Paramount+ password instead of your SHOWTIME password.
  2. If you have a Paramount+ account with a different email address from the one used for your SHOWTIME account, and you previously subscribed to a bundle of Paramount+ and SHOWTIME, try logging in using those Paramount+ credentials instead.
  3. If you are still unable to log in, go to Paramount+ and reset your password using your SHOWTIME email address. For instructions on resetting your password on Paramount+, click here.
