If you're watching on a Roku Streaming Player, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, LG TV, Samsung Smart TV, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S, Xfinity Flex or Cox Contour Stream Player:
- Check the volume level on the SHOWTIME video player. Confirm that the audio is not muted.
- Check device speakers - make sure your speakers are turned on and that the volume is set high enough. Confirm the volume is not muted.
- Check that you can get volume from other apps or websites.
- Restart your computer or device.
If you're watching on a Roku Streaming Player, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, LG TV, Samsung Smart TV, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S, Xfinity Flex or Cox Contour Stream Player:
- Make sure your television/audio speakers are turned on and that the volume is set high enough. Confirm the volume is not muted.
- Confirm that you are able to listen to other audio on your device.
- Restart your device and try to watch another video.
