Why was my credit card payment declined?

SHOWTIME was unable to process your payment because the card issuer rejected the charge. You may be able to resolve this by updating your credit card on file.

To update your credit card:

  1. Visit and sign in
  2. Use the profile icon in the upper right corner to navigate to Account Settings > Your Account
  3. Select ‘EDIT’ next to payment details
  4. Update your credit card information and select ‘SAVE’

If you're still having trouble after updating your information, you may want to reach out to your card issuer or financial institution.
