Roku bills me for my SHOWTIME streaming subscription. How does the shutdown impact me?

If your subscription is eligible to be automatically transferred to a Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription, you received an email with additional details about the transfer process and instructed to cancel your subscription by March 17, 2024, if you did not want to be automatically transferred.  Once your subscription is successfully transferred to Paramount+, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to log in to watch Paramount+ with SHOWTIME.

If we cannot complete the transfer of your subscription, you will be notified by email and provided with another way to start your subscription to the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan. Please check your junk/spam folders, as emails may be filtered out of your inbox by your email provider.

If your subscription is ineligible to be automatically transferred to a Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription, your subscription will be canceled on your behalf, and you will need to subscribe to the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan to stream SHOWTIME programs. Regardless of your transfer eligibility status, you will continue to have full access to your SHOWTIME streaming subscription until April 30, 2024.
