To subscribe to the SHOWTIME streaming service on your LG Smart TV, please follow the steps below:
- Download the SHOWTIME app from the Premium section in the LG Content Store.
NOTE: You can also search for the SHOWTIME app in the LG Content Store by selecting the Search icon at the top of the LG Store menu. - Open the app from the launcher bar on the LG home screen.
- Once the app has launched select the option to start your free trial. You will be provided with an activation code and directed to showtime.com/lg.
- Using a web browser on your computer or mobile device, go to showtime.com/lg.
- Follow the instructions to sign up for your free trial subscription. When prompted, enter your activation code. When you have successfully signed up, your LG Smart TV screen will refresh and you will be automatically logged into the SHOWTIME app.
- If you are not automatically logged into the app on your TV press the Back button on your remote, then select the option to sign in, and then enter the email and password for the account you created on showtime.com.
