We are aware of an issue affecting Roku 3500X and 3600/X devices where customers are being returned to the home screen before the program starts. Roku has resolved this issue, however in order to see the fix please restart your Roku device by going to Settings > System > System Restart. Alternatively, you can unplug the power to the device for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
