I am receiving an error message saying my Spotify account is already associated with a SHOWTIME subscription. What can I do?

If the email address in the message contains a typo, or is an old email address you no longer have access to, and you know the password, you can correct the email address by following the steps below:

  1. Visit showtime.com
  2. Log in to SHOWTIME using the email address exactly as it appears in the error message
  3. Enter your password and log in
  4. Go to Settings > Email & Password
  5. Click ‘Edit’ next to the email address
  6. Update your email address in the Email field
  7. Enter your password
  8. Click Submit
