If the email address in the message contains a typo, or is an old email address you no longer have access to, and you know the password, you can correct the email address by following the steps below:
- Visit showtime.com
- Log in to SHOWTIME using the email address exactly as it appears in the error message
- Enter your password and log in
- Go to Settings > Email & Password
- Click ‘Edit’ next to the email address
- Update your email address in the Email field
- Enter your password
- Click Submit
