If you believe the SHOWTIME app you’re using is running on a supported device, please make sure you have the most recent version of the SHOWTIME app for that device (not the SHOWTIME Anytime app). Follow instructions for your device to download or update to the most recent version of the SHOWTIME app.
If you believe you have the most recent version of the SHOWTIME app for your device and you still are not seeing the PPV event, check your device generation or model. The SHOWTIME app available on older Apple TV and Roku devices does not offer pay-per-view.
