I purchased the PPV event but I'm being asked to purchase again

If you purchased the PPV event via showtime.com, iTunes, or Google Play, and you do not see your purchase when you log in to the SHOWTIME app or showtime.com, please click the ‘Order Now’ button again and go through the purchase process again. You will not be charged twice as long as you are using the same account and login credentials as your original purchase.

If you purchased the PPV event through Amazon or Roku, or if you followed the steps above and you are still unable to see your PPV purchase, contact customer care using the 'Need Help?' icon at the bottom of the page.
